I was born in Hokkaido 1978.
I learned Architecture in high school and college. But I decided to become a graphic designer and worked in Sapporo city for several years. I went to Tokyo after I left Sapporo in 2005 because I wanted to be an illustrator. I had done some illustration freelances for magazines and had held exhibitions in Tokyo. At the same time, I started to travel to Asia countries for a long period. Then, I met my wife while I was traveling in Singapore. I decided to quit my job in Tokyo and moved to Singapore to get married in 2009. I started to work as an illustrator in Singapore but I wanted to do something more. So I learned Japanese language teaching by taking a correspondence course. And I finished the course after one year, participated and passed "Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test." Since then, I have been teaching students, mainly on one to one basis. And sometimes, I also teach several students at the same time. I have taught various type of people like working class, students, house wife, children, teacher and doctor.
